EXECTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description
- Provide assistance by telephone and email to customers, business partners and dispatch as well as other departments.
- Ensure on-time work completion and prompt pick-up in accordance with established standards of service.
- Communicate with drivers on a regular basis to collect documentation.
- Updates status of arrival and departure times for drivers.
- Scan & upload carrier packs to program.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities and strong analytical skills
- Strong P.C. & organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively, in addition to internal employees and senior management.
- Prepare reports for management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by Senior Management.
- Provide backup for other areas in company.

Job Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in the courier industry.
- Must possess outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prefer experience with Aljex, Truckstop, and various other industry related programs
