MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor must possess the desire and ability to manage the maintenance and repair for all areas of the plant. The Maintenance Supervisor's role is to supervise, maintain and repair plant equipment and facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Install, assemble and test new and existing machinery.
Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Maintain plant quality performance standards.
Maintain understanding of laws and efficiency standards.
Manage a safe working environment for all personnel.
Oversee compressed air, water, HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Provide emergency response on different types of equipment.
Administer maintenance inventory.
Analyze problems, troubleshoot and repair all equipment, facility, trucks and trailers.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480v, 3 phase.
Improve equipment performance and reliability.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mechanics, electrical, building maintenance and refrigeration systems.
Experience in a food processing maintenance position preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with automated machinery, both PLC Driven and Proprietary Logic Systems.
Must have schedule flexibility to work during emergency situations, weekends and off shifts as necessary.
Prior experience managing in a 24/7 environment is a plus.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Engineering Degree or related field. Industry experience would be considered in the absence of a degree.
High School Diploma minimum.
3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably food industry.
Experience in a capital project - handling vendors and contractors.
Experience in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with online asset management systems.

$55, 000 - $72, 000 DOE
