SANITATION
Job Description
We are looking for Sanitation worker who can work 4 x 8 hour shifts Sunday-Thursday. We are currently also working overtime on a Friday night due to high volume. Regular shift is 7pm-3:30am.
Previous Sanitation experience is a plus, but main requirement is reliability, a willingness to learn and ability to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours.
The Sanitation team basically clean down the plant each night once production has ended for the day. Preferably someone with sanitation background.
If not maybe someone with food production experience that's willing to learn sanitation and work graveyard hours.
General Sanitaion in food production. Clean and sanitize all equipment floors, etc. Using chemicals as needed. Also some mechanical apptitude to take apart some machinery. All wet gear such as boots and raing gear is provided. Steel Toed shoes or boots are required. Not a cold environment. Casual relaxed environent. No public trans. Will join union after 6 weeks.
