o Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
o Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
o Generates memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
o Maintains filing systems as assigned.

o Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.

o Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
o High School Diploma or equivalent required.
o College degree preferred.
o At least 1 year experience as administrative assistant experience
preferred but not required.
o Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
o Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
o Ability to work independently.
o Ability to adapt to change quickly.
o Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
o Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
