Summary: Manages scheduling department through maintaining and tracking of master, weekly and daily production schedules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
" Receives and logs production orders to master schedule
" Loads and updates daily and weekly manufacturing schedules
" Tracks outside vendor orders
" Interacts with Sales, Manufacturing and outside vendors
" Maintains and monitors finished goods inventory
" Acts as supply clerk to order and fulfill the resource needs of the department
" Enter time sheets daily by 10: 00 am
" Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
" Moderate to advanced experience with MRP/ERP (Manufacturing/Enterprise Resource Planning) and SAP systems. Axapta experience preferred
" Moderate to advanced experience with Excel
" Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
" Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure
" Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment
" Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
" Prior business training or experience

Special skills required to perform job (machines, tools, equipment):
" Computer keyboard and 10-key by touch
" 40-60 wpm typing with 90% accuracy
" Understands that performing job tasks in a safe manner is the highest priority
" Has read and understands department JSA's
" Adheres to all safety rules, guidelines and wears appropriate PPE when required
" Fills out "near miss" paperwork on any unsafe condition or action and reports any unsafe condition or act immediately to supervisor or HSE department
" Responsible for housekeeping and 5S in his or her respective areas of work or areas as directed by the department supervisor
" Cooperates and contributes to the creation of a safe, secure and healthy working environment and to the achievement of the company's environmental obligations and goals

Job Location: Portland, OR
Shift: Full Time - Day Shift
Compensation: $14.00 to $18.00 an hour DOE
Education required: High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
