Duties and Responsibilities:
" Produce daily routing that enhances customer experience and produces efficiency.
" Resolve customer problems and answer questions
" Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to resolve problems.
" Develop and improve customer service / dispatch procedures and processes
" Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
" Work with Company Leadership to develop, implement and monitor applicable routing efficiency.
" Maintain a high degree of expertise with operating system and related tablets.
" Coordinate daily with sales department.
" A minimum of 3+ years working in Dispatch role.
" 3+ years using Microsoft Office Suite
" Excellent interpersonal skills
" Ability to think strategically
" Highly effective oral and written communication skills
" Attention to detail
" Critical Thinking
" Computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)
