Job Description

The primary role will be to provide the highest standard of customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual who can think critically, solve problems, and add value to the customer's experience. Managing all areas of customer service and leading customer service initiatives with enthusiasm and excellence is the goal. The successful candidate is also an organized, personable team player who maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative in improving the processes necessary to drive successful customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
" Produce daily routing that enhances customer experience and produces efficiency.
" Resolve customer problems and answer questions
" Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to resolve problems.
" Develop and improve customer service / dispatch procedures and processes
" Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
" Work with Company Leadership to develop, implement and monitor applicable routing efficiency.
" Maintain a high degree of expertise with operating system and related tablets.
" Coordinate daily with sales department.

" A minimum of 3+ years working in Dispatch role.
" 3+ years using Microsoft Office Suite
" Excellent interpersonal skills
" Ability to think strategically
" Highly effective oral and written communication skills
" Attention to detail
" Critical Thinking
" Computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)
