Need to have a BS in Engineering and flexible to travel frequently both domestic and global. Background or experience in semi-conductor fabrication and/or mechanical engineering.
Salary $75k and $85k.

Installation & Coordination Supervisor


The Installation & Coordination Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordination and control of the pedestal installation process and product testing. This position has supervisory responsibilities for all Installation and Field Testing Technicians.
Responsibilities
" Be available to and provide direct supervision for all field installation/testing technicians, ensuring cohesiveness in the team, and provide additional training on installation techniques when necessary.
" Ensure all team members are aware of and practice company adopted policies and procedures, are providing outstanding customer service, and represent themselves professionally while traveling for company, at project sites, and with customers.
" Coordinate field tasks to fit into a master customer schedule for each project site; arrange badging and access for company's personnel to each project site where needed.
" Arrange schedules for technicians: make travel arrangements, ensure technicians have all necessary documentation for a successful project completion and are prepared to travel to the customer site.
" At times work with Project Manager on special job needs.
" Prepare Grout Pad Cut Plans for all projects and ensure the documents are posted and distributed to performing contractors.
" Scan, track, and distribute field documentation upon completion of each installation; follow up on each installation and project closeout with accounting and invoicing.
" Use the customer on-line system for posting and tracking project documentation in a timely manner.
" Track and coordinate current and future project tool needs ensuring technicians have adequate tools at each jobsite.
" Respond to all e-mail and phone call demands on project and customer needs; be available via cell phone to all filed technicians while they are traveling and at customer project sites.
" Be prepared to travel to a project site when necessary.
" Prepare and present annual performance reviews for installation and testing team members annually.
" Track technician requests for personal leave and approve only after ensuring no overlap present which would delay a customer install.
" Participate in all safety training and abide by Company's adopted practices.
Requirements
" Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field highly desired
" 5yrs experience in a similarly broad and technical role.
" 5yrs supervisory experience for a team of 6 or more.
" Proven proficiency dealing with customers and schedules directly.
" Detail oriented, professional, with a positive and patient demeanor.
" Working knowledge of manufacturing QC practices, procedures and tools.
" Familiar with both metric and imperial systems.
" Excellent written & verbal communications skills and be a high functioning communicator.
" Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
" Valid passport.
" Willing & able to travel as necessary for installation services
" Working knowledge of AutoCAD
" Experience in the structural/civil or mechanical trades, vibration and acoustics field, and/or design/engineering environment
" Proficient in MS Office, Visio and scheduling software
" Wear required PPE when entering manufacturing shop floor environment.

" Personal Protection Equipment must be worn on manufacturing floor, PPE provided
