To manage the overall function of the organization's Network architecture and communications systems, including installing, upgrading, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining our voice, data, and storage environments. Develops strategy and performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends and manages upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Engages with vendors/providers in all related areas of responsibility. Provides technical support and guidance to users.

" Cisco Switch, router, WAP and firewall programing
" Meraki WAP, Switch and firewall setup and configuration
" Cloud networking environments
" Azure Express route setup, monitoring and maintenance
" CloudGenix SD-WAN setup, monitoring and maintenance
" SAN Infrastructure
" IP telephony Infrastructure
" Collaborate with the network and systems analysis staff in the study, analysis and evaluation of current and projected network systems and procedures and in the design, implementation and maintenance of revised or new network systems.
" Evaluate network system performance and collaborate with other departments to meet their needs.
" Develop long-range and short-range plans for the acquisition and installation of equipment.
" Coordinate the implementation and integration of new and existing PC and Network based applications.
" Ensures proper network backup and recovery processes are adhered to.
" Develops and establishes departmental standards and procedures and coordinates the staff's efforts, providing technical support and direction.
" Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
" Quickly understands the technical issues and data challenges of organization and industry.
" Communicates with Management regarding status of specific projects.
" Support remote sites via phone and/or remote control software
" Occasional travel to remote sites will be required.
" Assist in Desktop support as required

Minimum Qualifications
" Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience.
" Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Information Technology.
" Cisco IOS programing
" Strong understanding of TCP/IP, NetBIOS, network concepts and troubleshooting.
" Experience with Cisco ASA, 2960, 3560, 3750, etc
" Experience with Meraki equipment setup and configuration
" Active Directory migration, design, and management experience.
" Microsoft Office 365 experience
" Microsoft Azure and Azure Express Route experience
" Experience with Veeam Backup
" Knowledge and implementation of typical backup/disaster recovery business practices and verification of backed up data.
