" Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
" Assist the machine operators to get finished product packaged
" Assist the cooks in production of recipes
" Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
" Adhere to all sanitation and food production code
" Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
" Ensures kitchen cleanliness at all times, including the emptying of trash receptacles, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
" Other duties include cleaning of Kettles and kitchen, Pulling finished product out of chill tanks
" Attention to detail for cleaning purposes and the ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
" Good communication is an absolute need.
