Job Description
Duties include: Operating basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products.
Observing machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines.
Must be computer savvy, will work mini computer .
Cleans and sanitizes machines according to company guidelines.
Ensures product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area. Follows company safety guidelines.
HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people. Items and equipment that are at the facility.
Job Specifications
1. Must be able to follow directions.
2. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
