The Manufacturing Technician is directly accountable to the supervisor to perform a variety of repetitive assembly operations using hand and power tools and machinery to produce graphite tubular products consistent with Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing specifications for building product, and Manufacturing Technician expectations. Individual tasks are listed below. Hazards and issues related to those tasks are included in the attached Job Safety Analysis. Personnel must be cross-trained to perform all tasks in the circuits as well as material handling. This job requires continuous use of hands and forearms, fine manipulation and material handling. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Usual shift: 8 hrs, 5 days/week, Monday-Friday, 6 am 2:30 pm, w/a -hour meal break & two 10-minute rest breaks.
