Due to our continued growth, we are seeking driven sales professionals to join our team. This "hands-on" position will focus on prospecting and developing new accounts. Your customers will be among the most diverse imaginable as we supply packaging and packaging components to the Food, Beverage, Cold Chain Storage, Chemical, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Retail, 3PL and Manufacturing! You will build and maintain strong relationships with your customers. This is part of our core purpose. In fact, many of our sales reps attend the weddings, anniversaries and birthdays of our customers.

What you need to have to get in the door:
A record of high achievement and success
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills
Proven prospecting, follow-up, and value-added consultative selling skills
Experience with distribution sales, or similar B2B sales involving complex, relationship based transactions
Strong presentation skills and interpersonal effectiveness
A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
A strong work ethic and commitment that will allow you to exceed your financial and professional expectations
Valid Driver s License
