Must be able to understand and monitor specific Critical Control points based on Hazard Analysis Critical control points (HAACP) and safe quality foods regulations.
Must maintain plant sanitation and personal hygene by adhering to the good manufacturting practices.
Maintain cleanliness around work station
Bean soaking - Verify the confdition of the raw product )pallets, bags, beans.) confirm inspection of raq material is acceptable, perform pre operational checks before startup, ensure transfer, washing and soaking of beans.
Soy/ISP Production - Verify soaking time is completed, set up grinding process or ISP process per SOP, ensure quality of production by monitoring bean feed rate, ISP feed rate, de foamer rate, soymilk slurry, cooking temp, cooling temp, storage etc.
Mis/Blend - Scale ingredients according to batch sheet, confirmed ingredient lot number and weight, sign off ingredients from production team lead and QA.
Transport product by forklift.
Must be able to lift 30lbs and stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach above shoulder level for an 8 hour shift.
Must be able to read, write and speak english.
Must be dependable
Must be able to do simple math
Must be able to read instructions and follow them
