$ 15 Hourly to start and $18 after 60 days (Sunday -Thursday)
Whether you are skilled or wish to learn additional skills, this is the opportunity for you! This company will teach you how to drive a Fork Lift, how to operate Food Production Machinery and other invaluable skills that will set you up for a successful future in a range of industries.
We need someone who can be flexible and open to train and work 3 Mandatory rotating shifts:
Must work all rotating shifts!
11:30 am -9:00pm
Required 30 day rotating shifts!
Ability to consistently lift 50lbs.
o Following all food safety and operating procedures that are outlined by the company's standards including start-up, change-overs, shutdown, and safe operation of production machinery.
o Production duties include scaling/staging, loading/mixing, packaging, pallet loading and preparation of finished goods.
o Ensure critical control points are checked on all required equipment.
o Ensure scheduled sanitation of production area is being conducted including daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
o Ensure FIFO procedures are followed.
o Practice warehouse management "Best Practices"
o Safety is mandatory and priority for personal safety and the safety of others.
o Complete any and all forms, checklists and documentation required by company policies and procedures.
o Help endorse and maintain a safe culture at all times.
o Produce quality products in a manner that meets production targets and complies with the company's food safety, quality standards and safety guidelines.
Skills and Knowledge Preferred
o High School diploma or equivalent is required.
o Basic Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages.
o Written and oral English Communication
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o PC skills in Word, Excel, minimal
