4:30am-1pm Friday and Sunday off
8am-4:30pm Wednesday and Sunday off
10am-6:30pm Thursday and Sundays off
1:30pm-10:00pm - Sundays and one other weekday
Days off will be on Sunday and one other day during the week
Oversee the Quality Control and food safety activities in the processing facility for a particular shift. Supports and maintains Company standards of quality and food safety
Ensure that all testing programs are consistent and procedures are followed.
Communicate with Operations with Critical Control Points (CCP) are out of control.
Ensure that all paperwork (documentation) is complete and accurate for each shift and each day.
Communicate all deficiencies and issues to QA Manager or Supervisor
Conduct quality control inspections on a regular basis or random basis as my be required by the operations.
supervise quality control inspection requirements at the facility. Ensure that company quality standards are maintained at all times.
Participate in monthly planed inspections.
Follow all plant safety programs.
