Job Description

Starting wage $18.50 per hour with full benefit package available. Prefer someone who can jump right in running. We do offer training however we run lean and need someone who will come to work daily and on time; a team player.

SUMMARY
Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers. Part of Administrative Team and provide clerical back up as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES includes the following:

" Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

" Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.

" Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

" Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson.

" Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

" Sort and distribute mail and incoming faxes and fax confirmations.

" Prepare outgoing mail; verify balance of amount available in postage machine and order supplies and postage as needed.

" Provide back up for New Truck Sales coordinator including correspondence for Sales Personnel.

" Assist A/R by filing invoice copies, responding to customer requests, and helping process statements for mailing.

" Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents for Department Managers and General Manager

" Provide help to other departments as schedule allows.

" Assists with clerical duties as requested.

" Completes daily cash deposit for Parts and Service Departments

" Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

" Maintains a professional appearance.

" Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiar with Windows Office products and able to learn in house computer system. Must be comfortable using Windows Office Outlook program for communications of business.
