The Clean up position is responsible for collecting and consolidation cardboard boxes, organizing pallets, trash collection, sweeping, and other cleaning as assigned. This position requires the use of Ride On Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and Reach Trucks. Training will be provided for all required machinery.
The individual must behave consistently and focus on safety. Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. Carry or transport orders to shipping locations, or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment. Print, tag or mark orders as requested. Repack any orders, which require such handling when necessary. Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Operate machinery in performance of order filling duties when required. Properly use and understand all computer programs and hardware necessary for completion of the job task. Maintain a minimum standard for productivity and accuracy as determined by current company policy. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards. Reliable and regular attendance is required.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist with consolidation and wrapping of pallets as needed. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred but not required. Data-entry experience is preferred but not required.
This position requires the ability to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. The ability to read and understand Radio Frequency scanning devices and to communicate using VOICE based computer equipment.
This position requires the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
