FIELD CSR - PORTLAND LOCATION
Job Description
Seeking a Field Customer Service Representative for a company that provides integrated security solutions for businesses throughout the Portland-Metro area!
This company offers competitive wages, monthly bonus opportunities, commissions, company phone and laptop, and they reimburse for mileage!
Pay: $20/hr + commissions (typically $200-$500 per month)

In this role you will work in the office as well as out in the field with clients and businesses. You will deliver top-notch customer service, with an emphasis on performing retention calls, collections on past due accounts, and account cancellation tracking.

Job Requirements

2 years of previous customer service experience
