ADMIN ASSISTANT/ CSR

The Admin Assistant will be supporting the Accounting, Sales, and Front Office team. The admin assistant will be responsible for creating spreadsheets, using financial functions, and manipulating spread sheets.
**This is a fulltime role located in East Phoenix, with standard hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.**
" A minimum of 2 years' experience in as Admin Assistant/ similar supportive roles
" A minimum of 1 year experience with accounting software (ex. AS400, QuickBooks)
" Positive attitude
" Ability to speak BOTH English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
" Knowledge with accounting and bookkeeping Procedures.
" Advanced MS Excel Skills or spread sheets data manipulation.
" Familiar with accounting software (ex. AS400, Quickbooks).
" Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
" Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
" Willingness to support various departments when needed.
" Ability to PASS a drug screen.
