AP/AR COORDINATOR
Job Description
NOW HIRING: AP/AR Coordinator for a full service semi trailer dealership.
Pay: DOE, $24-$27/hr
Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities will include:
Keeps calendar of and processes recurring monthly payables
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Matches invoices to checks, coordinates with owner for check runs, maintains files of payables
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
Fields customer inquiries regarding invoices and/or statements
Assists in monthly credit card statement reconciliation
PO cost checking and vendor follow up for pricing discrepancies.
Posts payments to customer accounts and prepares bank deposits
Assists with compiling employee time cards and pay summaries to present to management

Job Requirements
Experience/Qualifications:
+ HS Diploma or GED. Some accounting training (classes or seminars) required.
+ 1-2 years of previous AP/AR experience in a professional environment
+ Ability to work in a more industrial environment but maintain professionality (work environment can be noisy)
+ Strong attention to detail
+ADP/CDK experience preferred
