Buyer - $56k to 73K. Direch Hire with Company
In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of materials, services, and supplies. Contacts supplier, secures bids, and reviews quotes with department head before placing orders. Expedites wide variety of orders by suppliers to meet production needs. Purchases complex/large impact materials, equipment, supplies, and services, at the most economical cost, and for delivery at the time and location specified in the purchase requisition. Locates and evaluates suppliers, forecasts and reports procurement trends, negotiates, and administrates contracts. Manages daily purchase order process for assigned group.
