Job Description
Repair damaged bodies and body parts of vehicles and equipment such as automobiles, trucks, box trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers by performing the following duties.
Pay: $26-30
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
o MECHANICAL SKILLS
o REPAIRING AND REBUILDING CABS/ BIG WRECKS
o FIBERGLASS REPAIR
o BODYWORK AND PAINTING AND PRIMING
o GENERAL TEARDOWN PROCESS AND ASSEMBLY
o DIAGNOSE BASIC ELECTRICAL REPAIR
o WELDING SKILLS
o ROLLUP DOOR REPAIRS
o MAINTAIN A SAFE, CLEAN AND CLUTTER FREE WORKSPACE

Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Some college or technical training school; five years related experience at a journey mechanic level, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid driver's license.
- Journeyman level auto/diesel/body mechanical technician degree/certification
Other Qualifications
- Must have own tools.
- Ability to mentor with apprentice level mechanics
