Job Description

This position reports directly to the Technical Manager.
Responsibilities include:
" Preparation and reviewing of calibration certificates
" Internal Microsoft 360 database + Dac Easy
" Resolving customer inquiries regarding calibration certificates
" Coordinating efforts with team members and other departments
" General Office support, as required (Sales, Shop, Scheduling)
o In-house calibration certificate processing
o Be willing to be cross trained in all departments, as needed
" Creating and repairing workbooks used for testing equipment calibration
" Assisting our ISO 17025 accreditation to ensure compliance with all relevant standards
" Equipment Updates
" Assist with the audit process for ISO 17025 annually for internal audit and bi-annually with accrediting body

The person in this position will be working with other departments daily to ensure that customer calibrations are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize their workload and adapt to shifting priorities, as needed. Additionally, this position requires a strong background working well with others, providing exceptional customer service, and the eagerness to continually learn the integral parts of our business.

This position, as small offices dictate, will offer support in various areas, as the daily situation requires. The priority is that the customer must always be taken care of, whether it's their certifications, scheduling or assisting the Technicians for the customers. This must be the priority.

" Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
" Good command of English and grammar
