FAA TEST TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Shift: M-Th 6am-4:30pm
Pay: $25-27/hr
Job Core Responsibilities
o Sets up test equipment and tests per specification
o Performs troubleshooting and failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry malfunctions to the component level
o Provides detailed written failure description with root cause analysis to production and engineering
o Follows written and verbal instructions, adheres to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
o Assists other departments with tasks in other production cells/locations
o Maintains a safe and clean work environment, an acceptable safety record and follows company safety rules
o Other responsibilities as assigned
o Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.

Job Requirements
Skills:
o Skilled in the use of test equipment, hand tools, power tools and electric soldering
o Good reading and comprehension skills to understand regulations and instructions
o Ability to analyze and determine methods and procedures
o Good oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
o Proficient Microsoft Windows software applications
Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma is required for this position.
Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field are a plus
Years Experience: 2 or more years of relevant work experience that will allow successful performance of the job.
