Job Description

Responsible for ensuring safe and effective sanding painting and staining of each cabinet part.
Will work within a team, as well as individually, to make sure that all cabinets are finished to
the highest quality standards set by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the
employee may be exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles,
and toxic or caustic chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sand cabinets with pneumatic sander and by hand in preparation for finishing
Paint and spray cabinet parts utilizing brushes, spray guns, and large machinery.
Flex into other departments as needed

- On feet for entirety of shift
- Respirator medical examination and fit test required
- Attention to detail required
- 1-2 year experience painting/finishing (i.E. Car painting, house painting, cabinet painting, etc.)
