Job Description
NOW HIRING: HR Generalist for a food manufacturing company in Clackamas, OR that specializes in ready-to-eat sandwiches, snacks, and salads.
Pay: DOE $60-$65k + room for growth into HR Manager role
Benefits: Employer Paid Health Insurance; 401(k) with matching; Dental & Vision plans available; PTO; and discretionary bonuses.
In this role, you will develop and administer company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
Duties may include:
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Coordinate training programs
Review any employee-relation issues
Assist with payroll and oversee maintenance of payroll records
Pay: DOE $60-$65k + room for growth into HR Manager role

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, 2-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bilingual skills are a plus!
Experience in all HR concentration areas such as benefits; compensation; workforce planning and employment; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security; strategic management; employee development; and training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, 2-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
