MACHINE OPERATOR 1 DAYS
Job Description
Operation of production machines such as SMT Pick and Place, Through Hole Component Insertion, Sequencing Machine, Wave Flow and Reflow Solder Machines.
Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Sets up machinery per documented specifications.
Runs product through machine with quality and efficiency.
Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects and/or machine malfunction.
Corrects defects when possible or routes defective material for rework or repair.
Performs minor machine maintenance per documented instructions.
Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year related experience required.
Must be able to work Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm
