MAINTENANCE
Job Description
$24-$25.00 DOE Day shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Maintenance Person will oversee the following; but not limited to:
" Perform duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating/cooling, ventilation, roofing and security.
" Inspect the building and equipment for needed repair/maintenance.
" Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
" Work with all levels of management to help prioritize workflow.
" Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
" Working knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, appliances, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drywall, boilers, as well as grounds maintenance
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues
" Turns projects around in a timely and efficient manner
" The ability to manage multiple tasks
" Excellent attention to detail
" Good PC skills with experience in Word and Excel applications
" Ability to interact professionally with the vendors and contractors
" Professional appearance and behavior
" Always thinking of safety first and following our safety guidelines
" Able to work independently and part of a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
" Experience working with outside vendors and contractors a plus
" Some basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus
" Forklift and scissor lift experience or willing to get certified
