Job Description
$22-$25 per Hour
The successful candidate will be able to perform general repair and maintenance on a variety of machines used in our manufacturing/machine shop to include CNC machines, overhead bridge cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, power assisted power jacks, welding machines, etc. Candidates should be familiar with machine shop practices and able to perform modest fabrication in an effort to support equipment and facility needs. This may include bending, cutting and light welding of metal.
Basic facilities support will include lighting, plumbing, office support and light building repairs.
Must possess a strong familiarity with the maintenance and repair of large mills, lathes and drilling machines. This will include the ability to diagnose and repair, replace bearings and seals, adjustments to gib and backlash, alignment of hoists, jacks, hand tools, levels, etc. Must be able to read blueprints/schematics and technical documents while performing maintenance and repair activities. Electrician's license helpful, but not required.
