DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Maintenance Specialist 2 acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. They perform a range of Maintenance duties in the building and plant. They support the facility team on projects to include but not limited to, mechanical, hydraulic, electric and electronic devices. These assignments are performed under close supervision of the facility's supervisor/manager and normally follow established procedures on routine work, and requires instructions only on new assignments. The Maintenance Specialist 2
works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
