Job Description

$23-$24 per hour. Monday to Friday, day shift.

This position will primarily work on equipment and machines. This is not a building maintenance position. We are looking for someone to work on production and packaging equipment/machines in a manufacturing plant environment.
Job Responsibilities:
" Maintain, troubleshoot, modify, and repair production machinery and equipment for the entire facility.
" Preventative maintenance on production and packaging equipment
" Maintain all required logs and documentation.
" Strong communication within production and related departments.
" Perform PM per schedule and record properly.
" Perform building space improvements, as needed.
" Determine parts requirements and work with accounting department to order as needed.
" All other tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

Education/Experience Requirements:
" High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate recommended
" 1-4 years' experience in skilled trades preferred
" 2-4 Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred
" Experience in maintenance issues with machines/equipment
" Some experience working with production and packaging equipment helpful

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
" Must be competent, accurate, and efficient
" Dependable with great attendance/punctuality
" Uncompromised integrity and ethics

Physical Requirements:
" Ability to lift 50 lbs.
" Ability to climb ladders
" Ability to stand all shift and keep up in fast paced environment.

Work Environment:
" Dusty environment
" May be required to wear protective gear, i.E. Dust masks, gloves, etc.
" May be subjected to noise from warehouse equipment
