Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include assisting the Logistics and Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: M-F, 7am-4pm

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manages day-to-day clerical and overall maintenance of the offices
2. Support Human Resources with office duties that can include payroll and employee support
3. Provides logistical support for company meetings, including travel arrangements, room rental, food services, training materials, presentation development, etc.
4. Provides administrative and employee support of a highly confidential nature in a broad range of areas and responsibilities: including but not limited to the administration of background checks and drug screening, calculation of employee expenses, maintenance of employee personnel files, and coordination of employee benefits
5. Assist with the execution of employee engagement activities, distribution of holiday gifts, etc.
6. Support Human Resources with direct employee onboarding and offboarding
7. Track lot inventory
8. Verify the accuracy of production work orders and report lot clean out data
9. Arrange bookings for export and domestic shipments
10. Assist in writing and reviewing shipping documentation
11. Stock and distribute employee uniforms, winter gear, and access keys
12. Oversee office janitorial service
13. Calculate and report the energy consumption of the production facility



Job Requirements

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or 3 years of relevant experience
2. Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
3. Able to multitask and handle regular interruptions
4. Highly detailed oriented, organized, and thorough
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong problem-solving skills
9. Positive attitude & highly motivated
