Job Description
$16.25-$18.00 per hour.
Experience in chemical/material processing, semiconductor processing, or wafer preparation preferred. Experience working in a semiconductor cleanroom preferred. Experience with safe handling of hazardous chemicals. Experience with vacuum, gas, and/or liquid plumbing is desirable. Ability to diagnose and correct plumbing, electrical, and instrument issues is desirable. Ability to operate small machine tools and diagnose instrument issues. Strong attention to detail. Excellent fine motor skills. High level of personal energy; strong work ethic. Capable of working independently and recording data. Demonstrated safety-oriented mindset. O High School Diploma or GED
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
SUMMARY
ENTRY LEVEL
A Process Technician 2 performs a variety of functions associated with manufacturing operations, including working with engineers and operators in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final product. Uses programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to parts, instruments or equipment. Updates and may
assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide all units of measure including common and decimal fractions.
Ability to use a microscope, depending on the specific function.
Willingness to wear PPE ( examples: goggle, gloves, apron, finger cot, masks, and/or cleanroom apparel.
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods.
Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stoop.
Ability to grab small parts or hand tools with hands.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
Eligible to work in an ITAR environment
