RECEPTIONIST (TEMP)
Job Description
$16 -$18 DOE
Now seeking a friendly and energetic receptionist for TEMPORARY opportunity in the West Valley!
The Receptionist main duty will be handling phones but will also be working alongside & assisting the head cashier. Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
" Managing and answering high volume of customer calls on a multi-line phone system.
" Answering and resolving customer issues with effective problem-solving skills.
" Ensuring customer satisfaction by transferring calls in a timely and accurate manner.
" Process daily orders on computer systems and scanning documents as needed.
" Minimal cash handling.
Shift: M-F, 8AM-5PM
** this is a 3+ month opportunity**

" Ability to take direction well.
" Positive and can-do attitude.
" 1+ year answering and transferring calls with the use of a Multi-line phone systems.
" 1+ year cash handling/credit cards (preferred).
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
" Excellent organizational skills and multitasking.
" Great phone etiquette.
" Basic MS Office and Outlook skills.
" Bilingual (is a plus).
" Positive and can-do attitude.
