Job Description

The machine you will be working on has 2 working tables. You will load one table with loose wires and push the go button to rotate the table into the working area. The machine will weld that table out, while you load the other table. This job will require attention to detail the parts take quite a while to weld as they are 1"x1" grids ranging from 43"x40" - 23"x23" grids. If one of the wires is welded incorrectly, the part is no good. You will learn how to properly adjust the machine if necessary. The machine will be calibrated before the day crew is gone each day to ensure little adjustment is needed. In this position you are expected to ensure your parts are welded correctly and be taught how to identify a bad weld. Also given the tools to test your welds to ensure nothing has changed.

Job Description:
1.Load wire into wooden fixture for welding (fixture is 10ft long and weighs about 15 lbs)
2.Manually move the fixture into place, welding each cross wire to the 4 long runner wires.(10 cross wires per part. 1 weld cycle fuses all 4 long runners to cross wire)
3.Repeat step until all 10 cross wires have been welded
4.Pull the fixture out, stack the finished part, then repeat the process from the beginning.
5.After 50 parts have been made, you will shrink wrap both ends and the middle. Then placed on a pallet for distribution.

Train on days then move to swing shift M-Th 2:30pm-1am
Pay: $18-22/hr
