Job Description
NOW HIRING: Sanitation Manager and Sanitation Supervisor for a mid-size produce company that specializes in ready-to-eat, fresh produce items.
This is a direct-hire position through BeginRight Employment Services.
Location: Riverside, CA
Salary: DOE, $60k - $125k
Shift: Nights
JOB SUMMARY: Manages the Sanitation team and ensures effective cleaning and sanitizing of the entire production area. Responsible for the safe handling and training employees in the effective use of chemical handling, disposal, and recordkeeping.
Duties Include:
Supervision, planning, scheduling, organizing, and directing of Sanitation activities.
Demonstrates, follows and enforces GMP's, HACCP, SOP, and food safety regulations
Supervise sanitation crew and perform evaluations. Provides coaching, direction, counselling, and issues discipline as needed
Maintains inventory of sanitation supplies

Job Requirements
Here's what we're looking for:
2-5 years of experience in a fresh food manufacturing environment
HS Diploma or GED
HACCP certification; 1 year of experience applying HACCP and enforcing GMPs
