STOCK ROOM CLERK / SHIPPING
Job Description
The Stockroom Clerk position entails the pulling of orders, consolidation, labeling, packaging and shipment of plastic injection molded parts and assemblies. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills as interacting with other departments is often necessary.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Packaging product for safe shipment to destination
2. Reading pull orders for staging and shipment of product
3. Utilizing basic computer skills to input shipping information into the MRP system
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Completing cycle counts and yearly inventories
2. Consolidation of product in warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Basic computer skills
2. 6 months minimum experience working in a manufacturing environment
3. HS Diploma or equivalent
